Head to Waterville Valley, NH for the 7th annual Rally in the Valley and the 20th annual Chili Challenge & Brews on Saturday, September 29, 2018.
The all vehicle Rally in the Valley is presented by the East Coast Camaro Club. Vehicles will be on display in the Waterville Valley Town Square from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be awards and 50/50 raffles. Proceeds from a suggested $10 donation will benefit a local charity. Vehicle registration will be at the gate by the ice arena, rain or shine.
From 12-2 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 29, local restaurants will converge on the Waterville Valley Town Square to compete for the title of best chili around. The winner will be decided by the public’s votes. Admission is $7.50 for adults and $5 for children ages 12 and under and includes generous samples of every chili. Crowd favorite, The Uncle Steve Band, will perform a free outdoor concert from 12-3 p.m., and there will be craft beer sampling from 12-3 p.m.
Waterville Valley is offering a special Chili Challenge lodging special for Sept. 27-30. Prices start at $181 per night for a 1-bedroom condominium or $280 per night for a 3-bedroom condominium.
