New Hampshire Leaders Confirm Importance of Birth Control Access

Supreme Court arguments will be offered on cases brought by the bosses at two for-profit corporations, Hobby Lobby, Inc. and Conestoga Wood Products, that want to prevent their employees from accessing birth control in the Affordable Care Act, under their insurance plans, based on their own personal beliefs. Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (PPNNE) and the New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union (NHCLU) are part of national organizations that have filed supportive legal briefs in this case.
