On Thursday, April 14 Yankee PRSA will offer a workshop entitled Who is the
American Consumer with Peter Francese from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at Southern NH
University in Manchester.

Mr. Peter Francese, demographic trends analyst at WPP’s Ogilvy & Mather, New
York, and founder of American Demographics magazine, will offer insight
about what the U.S. Census Bureau data shows and what the implications are
for American business. Attendees will learn how American consumers have
changed in the past decade and where the consumer marketplace is moving.
Peter Francese has authored several books on how to better target consumer
markets: Marketing Insights to Help Your Business Grow, Capturing Customers
and Marketing Know-How. His most recent one, with co-author Lorraine Stuart
Merrill, is titled Communities & Consequences, and is on the future of New
