New celebrity cast member updates:"Celebrity Autobiography," Oct. 23 at the Capitol Center in Concord

Concord, NH – "Celebrity Autobiography," the show Time Magazine called "The funniest docu-theatre stunt of the year" comes to the Capitol Center for the Arts on Saturday, October 23 at 8 p.m.

How does Vanna White flip her panels? What does Sylvester Stallone have in his freezer? Why did Burt Reynolds and Loni Anderson topple from the upper tier of their wedding cake? What makes the Jonas Brothers get along? Hilarious insights like these and more are revealed in "Celebrity Autobiography," as the actual memoirs of celebrity superstars are acted out live on stage.

"Celebrity Autobiography" includes Saturday Night Live and Second City veteran Rachel Dratch; co-creator of "Celebrity Autobiography," Eugene Pack; Broadway star Annie Golden; Maggie Wheeler, who starred as Janice from the television show “Friends;” Michael McGlone, who has appeared as the pitchman in Geico commercials; and Emmy award winner Bruce Vilanch, who starred on Broadway as Edna Turnblad in the musical "Hairspray." Also appearing is New Hampshire's own AJ Dukette, DJ host of the 105.5 JYY's Afternoon Drive show.

"You weep--with laughter" (NY Daily News) as this first-rate comedic ensemble performs passages from the actual memoirs of celebrities including: the "poetry" of Suzanne Somers; shocking "romance tips" from Tommy Lee; the most famous Hollywood love triangle in history---Elizabeth Taylor, Debbie Reynolds, and Eddie Fisher; and many more. It's all in their own words, it's all hilarious, and as the show's creators say, "We can't make this stuff up!"  “Celebrity Autobiography” was created and developed by Emmy award nominated writer-performer Eugene Pack and Dayle Reyfel.

The New York Post hailed "Celebrity Autobiography" as "the funniest show in town," and New York Magazine called it "Brilliant!" Running for three sold-out years in New York, Celebrity Autobiography recently won a 2009 Drama Desk Award and was honored by the 2010 Bistro Awards.
