M/S Mount Washington Launches Community Gallery

The M/S Mount Washington is asking its passengers to help document its long history. This season, the ship will post photos taken by members of the public to its public areas. "We invite everyone to look through their personal photos to find the best snapshots, and to submit them to us," the M/S Mount Washington posted to its website, www.Cruisenh.com. "Our favorites will be hung on the ship, including your name and hometown. We’ll even provide a voucher for up to four cruise tickets so you can come see your photo in person."

The M/S Mount Washington has welcomed millions of passengers from around the world 148 years. It is considered a symbol of New Hampshire. While the ship may be large, not every photo can be posted. If a photo isn’t selected it will be added to a new archive of photography for 2022 when the Mount celebrates its 150th anniversary. All photos received will be displayed online in a special gallery commemorating the anniversary.
