CONCORD, N.H. – The Hotel Concord continues to expand its list of amenities with the opening of two executive boardrooms. The rooms, which are for accommodating small meetings and events, are named after Revolutionary War General John Stark and his wife Molly Stark, two of New Hampshire’s most famous colonial figures.
The Molly Stark Room and The John Stark Room can accommodate 8 to 10 people and offer guests views of the Merrimack River and ample natural light. In addition, coffee, tea and water service is provided and food from local eateries can be delivered. Each room has a boardroom style table, speaker phone and LCD projector. The rooms provide the perfect space for smaller business meetings, such as off-site corporate meetings, depositions, client lunch meetings and other events.
“There’s a big demand for meeting space for smaller gatherings and these two executive boardrooms help meet that demand,” said David V. Shamoian, President & CEO of the Bravo Zulu Hospitality Group, which manages The Hotel Concord. “Being Concord’s luxury boutique hotel, our meeting spaces offer an event center experience that’s simply the best in the market.“
The new executive boardrooms compliment The Hotel Concord Event Center’s two larger meeting rooms, The Concord Room, which accommodates up to 50 people for a seated event and 85 people for a reception, and The New Hampshire Room, which accommodates 150 people for a seated event and up to 225 for receptions. With advance notice, The Hotel Concord can also coordinate special events at the Red River Theatres located in the Capital Commons building with The Hotel Concord. Day time events, such as seminars, TED talks, town hall meetings and trainings have the option of reserving the theater space when available.
Those interested in booking an event at The Hotel Concord can find information at HotelConcordNH.com, or by calling (603) 504-3500.
