Waterville Valley Resort Provides Incredible Spring Skiing Conditions and Events

Waterville Valley Resort, NH-Waterville Valley Resort received more than 20 inches of new snow from blizzard Stella last week. Great snow conditions along with longer, sunny days are providing incredible spring skiing and snowboarding across Waterville Valley Resort’s 250 acres, 4 parks, and 100% open Nordic terrain with 74km of trails. The 6th Annual Last Run Luau Concert and Pond Skim on April 1st is a highlight of Waterville Valley’s après-ski spring fun.

This year the Annual Last Run Luau Pond Skim is upping the ante by adding a free-for-all Concert featuring Cody James Gang and Martin & Kelly. The Concert takes place in the courtyard at 12pm on April 1st and opens the pond skimming contest. Spectators, affectionately known as “Beach Bums,” are welcome to take part in cheering on competitors as they splash and skim their way across the pond. The après includes giveaways and beer specials from Corona and Pacifico.

Spring skiing along with all the spring events and après are available for free to anyone who decides to become a new Passholder for the 2017/18 Winter Season. Along with other lift ticket and lodging deals, the guest-favorite April Fool’s $1 Lift Ticket Day is set this year for Friday, March 31st.
