Waterville Valley Resort has introduced FLEX tickets as part of ski & stay packages at participating lodges in the Valley. These lodging packages will include FLEX tickets that can be used at any time during the 2015/16 winter season or can be exchanged for a Learn to Ski or Ride package.

A special Halloween themed arts and crafts activity will be held from 11 AM – 1 PM. This season Ski NH downhill and cross country ski area members are offering one lift ticket or trail pass to each member area via the 4th & 5th Grade Snowsports Passport. And a portion of the sales will benefit Make-A-Wish New Hampshire.
Each year race organizers from the Town of Waterville Valley Recreation Department choose a charity to benefit from a portion of the race proceeds. This year $700 went to Voices Against Violence and their extraordinary efforts.
Waterville Valley Resort has purchased a Prinoth BR350 Snow Groomer and acquired 10 HKD SV10 snow guns and 3 Demaclenko fully automated fan guns (2 Titans and 1 Ventus) in preparation for the 2015/16 winter season. The HKD SV10 snow guns are highly energy efficient and have been brought in as part of a partnership with New Hampshire Electric Cooperative. These upgrades to snow surface equipment come just one year after making a $250,000 investment in snow guns in 2014.
On Monday, October 19, The Mount Washington Cog Railway will move the historic No. 10 Steam Engine from the Marshfield Station to the intersection of Base Road and Rt. 302, near where the Cog’s current sign stands. The train will be part of a new sign for the railway.
