Book your first class seat for St. Joseph’s annual fundraiser at the Radisson Armory in Manchester, New Hampshire on Saturday,October 1, 2011. Cocktail hour will begin at 6 p.m., with music provided by a member of the Manchester Choral Society. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m., followed by dancing from 8-10 p.m. with music by the Freese Brothers Big Band. The hit song, “Fly Me to the Moon” and world travel in the late 1950s will be the theme for this year’s bash. Proceeds will benefit the Saint Joseph Cathedral Roof Project.

East Concord, NH – Grace Episcopal Church continues to host a free monthly supper, open to the public. On Friday, June 17th from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm everyone is invited to join them for a delicious meal. This month features chicken potpie, a bean salad, and for dessert, strawberries with ice cream. This is a great opportunity to spend some quality family time, take a night off from cooking and meet your neighbors. There is no charge but donations are always welcomed!

Waterville Valley Resort, located in New Hampshire's White Mountains, is open for skiing as of December 4th, 2009. The snow guns are blasting 24-hours a day through the weekend thanks to colder temperatures. Skiing and riding is on two trails on High Country today.
