Obamacare Deadline Extended to December 19th for Heath Care Coverage Starting January 1st

The deadline to sign up for January 1, 2017 health care coverage through the New Hampshire Health Benefits Marketplace has been extended  to Monday, December 19, at 11:59 p.m. (PST). Given the extraordinary volume of consumers contacting the  Marketplace Call Center and visiting, the government is offering two additional business days for consumers to complete their enrollment for January 1, 2017 coverage.

Right now eligible New Hampshire residents and small businesses may purchase health insurance through the federal health benefits Marketplace. Many New Hampshire residents who purchase coverage through the Marketplace will also qualify for a subsidy on the cost of their monthly health care premiums
